Amelia by Regourd Aviation is pleased to announce the reopening of the Clermont-Ferrand – Paris Orly route on 2 November 2021.
Resumption of the flight schedule
As of 2 November 2021, the Clermont-Ferrand – Paris Orly flight schedule initially planned will be operated again by the Group. This is a dense and ambitious programme, in line with the needs of Clermont-Ferrand professionals and tourists.
Two daily frequencies, from Monday to Friday, and one on Sunday will be operated between the capital and the capital of Puy-de-Dôme. Passengers will be able to travel on board an ATR 72-600 from the Amelia fleet, a recent, silent and more ecological 72-seater aircraft.

Unchanged objectives
Since the launch of the route in September 2020, Amelia has had clear objectives: to support the mobility of Auvergne residents and the regional economy.
Despite the suspension of the route as a direct consequence of the health crisis, Amelia has always remained in discussion with regional stakeholders and users in order to understand their needs and to resume air services as soon as possible.
We would like to thank the CCI Puy-de-Dôme, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and the association Objectif Capitales with whom we have been working hard for many weeks to offer the best flight conditions to our passengers. This recovery is also possible thanks to the permanent support of the local companies. We are looking forward to meeting them again and to be able to put our planes at the service of the people of Clermont-Ferrand.
The Clermont-Ferrand – Paris Orly route represents a major challenge for the region. It is adapted to local needs and demand, both for “business” and “leisure” travel. This route allows people from Auvergne to travel to Paris and back in a day, and conversely, Parisians to spend a day in Clermont-Ferrand.
Amelia intends to meet these objectives and continue to promote the French territories.
